What happens if you send tokens to the wrong network in the App?

  • Unfortunately there is very little that we can do when you send crypto from the application. The best route is to look through the documentation of the receiving wallet and work with their support.

What happens if you receive tokens from the wrong network in the App?

  • Simply add the network to the wallet, so long as it meets our requirements for . You will then need to access the wallet via the application and check the balance.

How can I delete a Network?

  • Delete a network by clicking the menu icon on the network and selecting "Delete Network."
